RM Unified Services ("RM Unified Services," "we," "us," or "our") provides income tax preparation, business consultation, and notary services, and health, life, dental, vision, auto, home, and commercial insurance from our office in Pharr, Texas.

- Contact information: name, email address, phone number (including mobile number), and mailing address or ZIP code.
- Appointment information: the service you book, the date and time, and any notes you choose to share.
- Tax information: Social Security numbers or ITINs, income and expense records, prior tax returns, dependents, and bank account details for refunds or payments.
- Insurance information: date of birth, household size and income (for Marketplace savings), current coverage, Medicare details, health or lifestyle information an insurance company needs to quote or approve a policy, driver's license and vehicle details, property details, and information about your business.
- Communications: messages, emails, and notes from conversations with our team.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate and secure the Site and to understand how it is used.

- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our appointment scheduling platform, tax software, phone and text messaging providers, email, and website hosting, only to perform services for us and under obligations of confidentiality;
- Tax authorities, such as the IRS, when we file a return or form on your behalf;
- Insurance companies and enrollment platforms, such as the carriers we represent, HealthCare.gov, and Medicare, when needed to quote, apply for, enroll in, or service the coverage you requested; and
- Legal and regulatory purposes, when required by law, subpoena, or a regulator, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our customers, our business, or others.
Tax return information is used and disclosed only as permitted by federal law, including Section 7216 of the Internal Revenue Code. We will ask for your written consent before using it for any other purpose. As a financial services business, we also follow the privacy requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from RM Unified Services, we use your number to send you the types of messages you agreed to, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and, if you separately opted in, marketing messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the information sharing described in this Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.
